The team at Core Health Consultancy thought we’d share some of our top tips for recovery if you’ve drunk one to many this Christmas?!
Hydrate. 3 litres a day, every day. If you have been out drinking and have had heavy session drink water before bed. Sparkling mineral water if you need to mix it up a bit.
Virgin cocktails instead of boozy ones you will feel like you are part of the party but without the calories and possible embarrassment.
Protein – is always good, meals include lean meats with vegetables or salad. No greasy carbs!
Get out of the house, alcohol is a depressant daily walks with friends or family, will keep you motivated and give you those all-important rays of sunlight – a great source of vitamin D
